Alexis is an animal lover through and through. Her love of animals started in childhood, inspired by Steve Irwin. She was enthralled with his knowledge and immense compassion for all animals, not just the traditionally cute ones. Steve inspired Alexis to advocate for animals of all sizes and species. She is deeply passionate about educating others on animal advocacy, fostering greater understanding, compassionate care, and respect.

Alexis is proud to be a Fear Free Certified Professional and Pet CPR certified. Her experience with animals has taught her the importance of consent, advocacy, and humane communication.
